Emily was extremely professional, diligent and timely to help in a difficult child custody situation. She helped me secure an increase in custody for my daughter which was immensely needed for her well being. Then, she also facilitated a substantial child support increase as well to align with the i...ncreased parenting time and income differentials. I definitely recommend Emily!

Family court is scary. Especially for a Dad. Emily really made me feel like she cared about what was going on with my case and always acted as the "sane" voice of reason when I would get too emotional with things. She stuck to the facts and kept the emotion out of the courtroom even when I wanted ...to bash the other parent for the terrible things she had done to me and our child in the past. I can't say enough good things about Emily's professionalism and style of litigation. I would hire her again without any reservations whatsoever.

Emily is a great family lawyer. I have been through the court battle now for 3 years. She has been my lawyer for two of those years. She started out at a different Law Firm and than moved. I followed her on the journey to a different firm. If I didn't approve of her as my lawyer I wouldn't have staye...d with her through this transition. Emily gives great advice as well not thinking of what's in my best interest but what is in my daughter's best interest. She has fought for my daughter and me. Emily is well organized and stays well researched and knowledgeable of the Laws concerning parental rights. Very easy to talk too and not hesitant on asking the tough questions. I'd recommend Emily to anyone in need or in search of a lawyer.

I was disappointed with the lack of help and lack of guidance. People hire lawyers for advice and honesty along with support. I'm unhappy that I had to do my research and ask her to advocate in a way that somewhat would better my divorce. No divorce is ever going to end in a way we want. She could ha...ve tried better and supported her clients. Perhaps she's just not experienced enough and perhaps my research was not done thoroughly before I hired her. She also overcharged me wrongfully. Which is not okay.
