About Edgar
Biography
Edgar focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He earned his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, wehere he was involved in mentorship programs focused on promoting higher education. Edgar has completed externships for the Colorado Court of Appeals, with the Honorable Jerry N. Jones, and at the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorad, with the Honorable Robert E. Blackburn. He has also served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Andrew P. McCallin in Denver District Court.
As the first DREAMer admitted to the Colorado bar, Edgar is an advocate for social justice. He founded the Yes We Can program while in law school, regularly volunteers at Denver Legal Nights, and works closely with the Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network (RMIAN) to provide pro bono services for underrepresented communities.
