About Brian
Biography
Brian Petz, an attorney in the Denver metro area and surrounding communities, is passionate about helping families and their loved ones through what can be very emotional and trying experiences.
Originally from Clearwater, Florida, Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Philosophy from Florida State University (2012). Brian earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Colorado, graduating in the top third of his class, and was admitted to the practice of law in Colorado in 2015.
While earning his Juris Doctor, Brian focused on business law, taxation, Wills, Trusts, and Estates, in addition to working as a research assistant in the area of privacy and technology.
Brian joined the Baker Law Group in 2014 as a law clerk and is now chairs its Probate and Estate Plannding division. He is a member of the Colorado, Arapahoe, and Adams County Bar Associations, and an active member of the Elder Law and Trust & Probate Sections of the Colorado Bar Association. During his spare time, Brian enjoys hiking, climbing, and playing hockey.
