I hired Mr. Boney to Help me with a divorce ..I had 3 people take the stand in my defense and right before court when I turned in there statements for exhibits he informed me that he had ran a background search on me not my witnesses ..now I find that odd he is supposed to be on my side ..isn't he? then after a couple months of me calling over and over again he told me to read my contract that he has at least 24-48 hours to return my calls and that I had to stop calling so much, only to turn around and tell the judge he was withdrawing as my attorney for lack of contact! Then he showed up to my next hearing and sat next to me and told the judge repeatedly that we have nothing to ad your honor with each person on cross examination.
I Went to him because I needed a lawyer to help me with what was and is my life , my family , my world...and that was what I received in return. I am sure he is not this way in all cases but this is what happened in mine.
