Real Estate litigation

My name is Kim. I was referred to Tobin Kern by another attorney a year ago. Tobin took on the case and has been very involved in the litigation and the special circumstances surrounding it. It has been a very difficult situation. Tobin has worked very diligently to get the situation resolved. He ...has been accessible when we needed him and updated us frequently on the status of the lawsuit. It is a very delicate issue when dealing with siblings over an estate and Tobin has been very caring and understanding about the situation. He has visited the property that is involved in the suit to get a better understanding of what is at stake. I highly recommend Tobin Kern for your attorney needs.
