Paul S Enockson

For over twenty years, Paul has been a tireless advocate for his clients, representing them in complex civil litigation in Colorado and throughout the United States. Paul’s work has been noted by his peers, having been selected as a Colorado Super Lawyer in Business Litigation.

Paul’s civil ligation practice focuses on all types of business litigation, including breach of contract, payment disputes, business torts such as interference with contract and non-compete claims, breach of fiduciary duty claims, commercial real estate disputes, and construction litigation.

Paul also has an active False Claims Act practice representing whistleblower qui tam relators in actions to recover money fraudulently taken from the Federal government. Paul’s first whistleblower case was in 1999 as counsel for a defendant when he worked at a large national law firm. Now, Paul’s False Claims Act practice is limited to representing whistleblower plaintiffs. His cases have involved healthcare fraud, oil and gas fraud and fraudulent procurement cases. Recent successes include an $18 million settlement in a healthcare hospice fraud case in which Paul’s clients were awarded twenty (20%) percent of the settlement.
