Liz has done an outstanding job in revising our Wills, Trusts and other Estate planning documentation. Specifically, as the family situation has changed, Liz has updated, consolidated and clarified the multiple applicable documents. She has also provided guidance and support in developing Letters of ...Instruction and Memorandum of Disposition of Personal Property. Most importantly, Liz coordinated with our financial investment company to ensure that the provisions stipulated in the Will and Trust documents were understood by that company and could be implemented.
