Biography
Dale E. Johnson started his practice in Boulder, Colorado, in 1971, and over time he limited his practice to family law. As founder of Dale E. Johnson, P.C., he continues to focus exclusively on family law. He is licensed in Colorado State and Federal Courts and has been a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers since 1993 and selected to Super Lawyers each year since 2006. Dale received his B.A. from Colorado College and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado.
Our cases include dissolution of marriage, legal separation, matters relating to parental responsibilities ("custody"), parenting time, child support, property division, maintenance, marital agreements, prenuptial agreements, separation agreements, post-decree matters and appeals. We have particular expertise in the handling of complex financial and difficult parental responsibility (“custody”) cases.
