I've used Jeff for a number of things but the first thing I retained him for was to file a trademark for my business. I had spoke with another attorney years ago about trademarking my name but was told that it wouldn't be possible due to another company already having a trademark of the same name. Je...ff said that he thought we could make a case that the other business and I were different (we are) and as such we could both have a trademark since we do not compete with each other in the slightest. We went through the process and to my delight, we were awarded a trademark! There was a little back and forth and Jeff was always on top of it and keeping me updated.
