Heath Allen Phillips

Heath is a corporate lawyer and business advisor. He has more than 20 years of experience working with large corporations in industries such as software technology, semiconductor, biomedical and agriculture. Heath has also worked with small and mid-size businesses such as landscaping companies, real estate investment firms, as well as publishing and lifestyle apparel companies. As a result, he has an in-depth understanding of the legal issues faced by all types of businesses. 

Heath has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University as well as a Juris Doctorate degree from Capital University Law School (Cum Laude).

Heath grew up in Montana where he learned a strong work ethic, an appreciation for family and a love of the outdoors. He and his family moved to Colorado in 2009 and he now spends his free time enjoying the Colorado outdoor lifestyle with his wife, Margaret and their three wonderful children.
