I am a US citizen and wanted to apply for my husband to get his green card but my husband had a voluntary deportation and never left the country. I was told if you have a deportation on your record you are not allowed to return for 10yrs or more. He was detained 8yrs later and was in the process o...f being deported again. I had hired two different lawyers prior to meeting Catherine and just felt they were unorganized and were not doing enough to handle our case that was difficult. The first lawyer did not give us much hope and even recommended we move and live hiding, and failed to tell me we can appeal an important decision. Thankfully we met Catherine one month before my husband had to leave the country and she continued where the other lawyers left off. She worked hard on our case and was very knowledgeable, honest and organized. My husband had to leave the country and returned legally 2 yrs later. Would highly recommend especially if you have a difficult case.

Catherine and her team were incredibly helpful assisting with the immigration of my wife.
