Brian Bradford is an experienced personal injury lawyer focusing on nursing home negligence and abuse, ski accidents, car, bike and truck accidents, slip and falls and wrongful death. He practices throughout Colorado, with an emphasis on the localities of Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette, Longmont, Erie, Fort Collins and Estes Park.
Mr. Bradford’s career as a personal injury lawyer has been forged from years of service as a Public Defender and fighting powerful insurance companies with one of Colorado's largest personal injury law firms. Mr. Bradford has recovered millions of dollars from insurance companies on behalf of his clients. Mr. Bradford has completed numerous jury trials in jurisdictions throughout Colorado, and he has been specially licensed to practice law pro hac vice in Oklahoma and Florida.
Early in his legal career he also worked for Colorado judges based in Jefferson County, the Supreme Court and the Federal District Court. Mr. Bradford’s clerkship experience gives him unique knowledge about how judges decide legal issues which provides great benefit to his clients.
Mr. Bradford is a Colorado native and grew up in Denver. After graduating from Cherry Creek High School where he was a member of the 1994 State Championship football team, he received his business degree from Bucknell University in Pennsylvania. Mr. Bradford then headed west to Washington where he earned his law degree Magna Cum Laude from Gonzaga University.
He is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and the Colorado Bar Association, where for the past three years he has presented on Subrogation Law at the annual Tort Law Update. He is a proud member of Cook, Bradford & Levy, LLC.
