Francyn Jill Brown

We were supposed to have a call at 9:30am PST and she called at 8:59am & 9:00am. I did not pick up because I was busy at that time and our meeting wasn't scheduled until 9:30am PST. We received no call at our scheduled time so I call the support line and the lovely support agent tells me that Fran...cyn wrote in her notes that she tried calling at 9:00am and 9:30am but went straight to voicemail on both. I did not receive any calls at 9:30am. Only from the two at 8:59am & 9:00am. I try to see if we can talk to Francyn right away because its during our scheduled time and the support agent, to which is not her fault, says that Francyn won't be able to talk now because its passed the 10 min grace period after she last called us. This is not right. Francyn is the one that called early without warning and then lied about saying she called at 9:30am. I have proof of her calling at 8:59am and 9:00am, and NOT 9:30am. I also have proof of our appt. scheduled for 9:30am PST. I'm not saying she is a bad attorney because I never even got a chance to work with her for our Trademark application but the way she lied about this situation is not ok. What a waste of my time.
