I engaged Attorney Pigott recently to help me develop a number of complex, interrelated agreements. He spent a great deal of time understanding the situation under which we were trying to operate. I was amazed at how quickly and thoroughly he grasped what we were trying to accomplish. He then proc...eeded to draft accurate and coordinating agreements that were right on target. From the day I first started speaking with Dave I felt that he was a true professional but also a down to earth and "normal" guy. With very little to no prior experience with the legal system I was both nervous and confused. I felt that the legal system and other lawyers spoke in their own languag...e or focused on the process, not me and my concerns or needs. This again offered me no comfort nor sense of control of my future! Dave was the professional that offered me the credentials to prove he was qualified, but more importantly I could relate to as a person. Dave always answers my calls, text and emails. Dave is there to clarify and explain things but talks with me, not to me, in practical and realistic language. It is Dave's style of communication and composure that creates a professional working relationship that feels like you have a "lawyer friend" on staff, not an Attorney you have hired. Dave has not always given me the answer I wanted to hear but he has told me the truth and prepared me for decisions I have had to make or accept. I consider Dave one of my friends and I believe he works hard to continue to ensure me, my family and our future is protected, prepared and supported on any legal questions or concerns.
