Not an honorable Magistrate
Frank is absolutely one of the worst biased and prejudice magistrates I have ever seen in court. He comes into the court room with a premeditated mindset. Complains about being present in court knowing that is his job to have integrity and to be honorable. He has gotten away with it for far too long....
