I worked with Mr. Noel on a very unusual case involving a tech startup and some nontraditional severance negotiations. I am so glad I found Mr. Noel -- he has more decades of experience than I have life, and yet remains flexible, curious and willing to try new things upon that bedrock foundation of h...ard-won wisdom. Mr. Noel is someone who seems to stay in the profession for his love of helping people, and his love of the art of legal practice, and he will continue to be my go-to employment lawyer for as long as I can keep him.

It was the worse experience ever with Mr Noel,he didn’t answer my questions, he didn’t even listen to me or try to understand my case. I felt like he was attacking me and treating me like an idiot, he spend 35 minutes with me on the phone, and he give me absolutely zero information that would hel...p me with my situation, I paid for one hour consultation and he didn’t spend an hour with me and he just insulted me. I do not recommend this attorney at all.

I used Mr. Noel for two matters mounting up a tremendous amount of fees. Unfortunately, he was ineffective with both matters and more interested in fees than resolving matters timely and cost effectively.
