I have used Susan with 3 separate custody cases. We got the outcome we had hoped for each and every time. She even warned me of a few possibilities that I needed to be wary of, but I didn't listen and she turned out to be right! She was always responsive and attentive to our needs and advising. After reading the other reviews I can not imagine that the negative reviews were about the same attorney I had. I have used Susan twice and have recommended her to everyone one I know. I went through 3 other attorneys before finding her and she ended up cleaning up the messes they made of my case. She kept me informed, sent me copies of everything and discussed every step she did with me. I noticed that while in court the judges and other attorneys respected her I had never seen that before. The thing I found most impressive about her was that she took the time to really listen to me and the needs of my case. I was not just a number or a dollar figure to her. I can't tell you how many times I called her crying and she took the time to listen, address my needs and walk me through the next step. That in itself separates her from 98% of most attorneys out there.
