Negligent
I hired Mr. Barring to represent me on a child custody/child support case. He was negligent on several occasions. Hearings would happened without my knowledge because his office never alerted me. He did NOT represent me at all. Do NOT hire Mr. Barring unless you're looking to show up at court alo...
