John T O'Connell

I hired Mr. O'Connell in June of 2012 after I was badly injured in a pedestrian/auto accident. Being my first time filing any sort of legal case and my first time hiring any sort of lawyer, my family discovered and recommended the law firm William Muhr out of referral from friends at our church. From... there, I talked with John and his partners collaboratively over the next year to get my case filed and ultimately resolved. Throughout the entire case process all the way to the closing of the case, Mr. O'Connell has gone above and beyond in answering any questions I had, double-checking that I understood every step of the process to make sure I was not being taken advantage of. Even though I talked to local partners for the majority of the time, he still looked out for my success in the case, helping out at the most critical steps and making sure all my information was correct. When the time came for the deposition, I was very nervous, but he did an excellent job helping me relax and achieve a successful deposition. We also had a very successful mediation and I was grateful that we did not end up having to take the case to court. I was extremely pleased with the results of the case as I had never expected such a successful and straightforward case settlement.
