Needed to dissolve my trust and have my will and other estate documents prepared. She was very clear about what I needed to do, and prepared very concise, easy to understand documents. When I picked up the documents I was very impressed with them, and feel they are the best documents I've had, comp...ared to other lawyers in various states I've lived in. I won't hesitate to use Jane again in the future, and will recommend her to people seeking estate planning.

My husband and I went in to get official wills created for each of us after a health scare. Jane took the time to make sure all necessary items were covered and gave us good information to make an informed decision on some items that we weren't sure about. We also worked with her to create a Trust,... and she made sure to walk us through what exactly we needed to do to make sure everything that needed to be in the trust was in there and how to file the paperwork. Our situation wasn't super complex, but she made us feel like all our bases are covered and we're now prepared just in case something happens to either or both of us.

Jane is wonderful! She is very laid back but very professional. She makes you feel comfortable and is very easy to talk to. She made things easy to understand. Her assistant is great as well! Very friendly and prompt. If I have to file again in the future (knock on wood) I would file with Jane Stobbs... Law!
