I hired Igor for an educational IEP my child wasn't making any progress at his current school and was years behind educationally. With reading and writing years behind and was showing no growth.. My case was much larger and my child needed more but Igor refused to do any extra work. He didn't eve...n bother getting all the documents from school district even though he was told several times documents were missing. He drags things along refusing to work for his clients but loves to bill them at close to $300 for and wasting time. Please do your research every time a bad review is written on Goggle a positive review is posted to keep his ratings up. If you have an educational case go somewhere else, do your research. My child deserved better.

This Russian ex-Soviet immigrant has mastered corruption within the so-called "justice system" to pay out big time. He should be living in a federal prison on racketeering charges - and like his fellow henchmen, he employs paid "puffers" to artificially elevate his ratings. Hire him - and you'll mos...t likely will win - but only because he'll lie, present counterfeit evidence, and perjurious testimony. The judges and prosecutors are weak and frightened of this man.

I posted a question on AVVO regarding a vehicle getting towed. It had to do with an HOA, and I knew HOA is a tricky subject because basically, they have more power than the Federal Government (sarcastic, but seemingly true when it comes to the law). Instead of the generic "HOA rules the galaxy, just ...move on with your life" comment I got from other lawyers, Igor had some valuable input about actual towing regulations through the PUC. I emailed him, set a phone appointment, and he gave me a consultation on what my options were, and the means to accomplish those options. He was honest in stating that it would be pointless and not worth the money and time to hire a lawyer, but the information he gave me was invaluable, none-the-less. Igor has been exceptional, and I will definitely keep his contact information on file in the event that I do ever need a lawyer. Thanks, Igor!

I had issues with my son's school and need a lawyer. I found Igor and went for a consultation. At that meeting he told me exactally what he thought about my case and told me how many hours he thought it would take to help my son and he was right, no milking for more hours. He was honest and fothcomin...g, very punctual with his work, and even was able to take my case on short notice (about two weeks before the mediation) and the outcome was awesome for my son. He really knew what he was asking for and I am glad I had him otherwise my son would not have gotten the services he so desperately needed. This guy is wonderful and knowledgeable!
