Eric Daniel Lund

Eric has been practicing law in the Denver metro area since 2010. Eric has guided hundreds of clients’ cases to successful resolutions. His primary legal practice areas are personal injury and civil litigation.

Working for larger, high volume personal injury firms has provided Eric with significant insight in to how automobile insurance companies and claims adjusters evaluate claims. Using this insight, Eric has achieved dozens of six figure settlements on behalf of injured parties, and has worked on catastrophic cases involving over one million dollars in damages. As a personal injury attorney, Eric has significant experience representing individuals who have been injured in:

• Motor vehicle collisions
• Slip and falls
• General negligence
• Premises liability

Eric also has significant civil litigation experience, representing clients in evictions, breach of contract actions, residential foreclosures, and mechanic’s lien foreclosures. Eric has represented contractors and landlords through trial, and understands how to bring cases to cost effective and successful conclusions.

Prior to the practice of law, Eric attended the University of Colorado Law School on a full academic scholarship, and graduated in 2010. Eric previously worked in the field of print journalism, having graduated from Iowa State University’s Greenlee School of Journalism and Communication in 2006, where he was also the news editor of the Iowa State Daily, and subsequently did freelance work for The Des Moines Register.
