Edmon Stepanovich Garibyan

Edmon has been practicing law in the Denver metro area since 2016. Edmon combines experience from larger private and public firms in the area. His primary legal practice areas are criminal defense and civil litigation.

Working for the public sector and handling hundreds of cases has provided Edmon with significant insight in to how prosecutors, governmental agents, and the court system handle complaints and charges. Using this insight, Edmon has achieved dozens of acquittals and hundreds of significantly reduced charges on behalf of clients. Notably, Edmon has worked on life-altering cases such as Felony Murder, Child Sexual Assault, Sexual Assault, Felony Theft Over $100,, Computer Crime – Insurance Scheme, and Grand Jury Subpoena Defense charges. As a criminal defense attorney, Edmon has significant experience in:

• Driving while under the influence (DUI – Alcohol, Marijuana, and/or Prescription Medication)
• Motor vehicle – traffic violations
• General misdemeanors (including assault, domestic violence, theft, criminal mischief, obstruction, and harassment)
• DMV – license – revocation

Edmon also has significant civil litigation experience, representing clients in evictions, breach of contract actions, residential foreclosures, and mechanic’s lien foreclosures.

Prior to the practice of law, Edmon attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law on the highest merit-based scholarship – The Provost Scholarship – and graduated in 2016. Edmon previously worked in public relations, having graduated from the University of Boulder in 2013 and subsequently working for Walek & Associates (now Peppercomm).
