Very poor service; not recommended. I contacted her in April of last year, asking for her legal assistance on obtaining a travel document for an asylum applicant. I handed her my entire case file for perusal, and she demanded $445 for a half-hour consultation session. I agreed to pay that amount beca...use I was desperate for help and wanted to see my ailing mother, whom I hadn't seen in 9 years at the time, and because I was deceived and fooled by the five-star reviews, which are highly doubtful in my opinion. A phone meeting was scheduled for May 2nd, 2022, at 11:30 a.m. I called her on the designated day and hour for the consultation. She did not respond at first and called me back 15 minutes later without even apologizing for her tardiness. It was evident from her lack of expertise and unwillingness to answer any of my questions that she did not review or even glance at my case paperwork. Her rudeness, insolence, insensitivity, and ignorance of the legal and procedural options available in these situations were all at an unbelievable level. To anyone reading this review, I know and understand what it's like to be desperately in need of legal assistance and representation. And I can assure you that Christine Han is not the attorney to whom you would entrust your case, nor the one who would advocate and fight for your best interests.

I found Han Law Group on Instagram. After watching a few videos I decided to reach out to schedule a consultation. I spoke with the law clerk/ assistant on 3 separate occasions. The first time she required me to file out some information online before talk to her, instead of taking it over the phone.... The second time after receiving my information online, she informed that her the attorney ( Christine ) was out fo town on a trial and wouldn’t be available for 3 weeks. I asked why she didn’t tell them that from the beginning and her reply was smug and rude. As in oh well that’s when she can see you take it or leave type of attitude. So I continued my interview process with other attorneys. Eventually I circled back around to Han Law Group again but closer to the 3 weeks passing. This time after having a few back and forth phone calls. She informed that I couldn’t do the $250 dollar consultation until I paid $1,400 up front for attorney ( Christine ) to review my case. Only after that I would be able to pay the additional $250 for a consultation. Now I have been dealing attorneys for a long time and I completely understand having a consultation fee ( no problem ). Know your worth I say!!! But to tell someone they have to pay for their case to be reviewed before actually meeting/ speaking to the attorney to see if they will be a good fit, is a ridiculous act in it sell. I still haven’t spoken with the attorney and was looking forward to it but given the lack of professionalism ( and rudeness ) by her assistant. Assistant very rude, short, and over talkative to the potential clients. I would say I possibly dodge a bullet! Just a heads up to anyone in search a new attorneys…
