Honest, friendly, brilliant.

Very few lawyers I've encountered make me feel comfortable, but Andrew and Igor really did create the most enjoyable experience possible while dealing with legal issues. I trusted them 100% to handle my case in my best interest. They were easy to talk to, always willing to explain details in a way t...hat I could understand, and worked relentlessly to provide me with the best possible outcome for my case. If you want a helpful, knowledgeable and tenacious attorney to handle your case, Andrew Fiscella is your answer.

Best lawyer in Denver

I was recently in an accident at work, causing a concussion and a three broken ribs. I got fired soon after I was permitted to work after my recovery. After endlessly searching the web, asking for personal references, and going to referral sites, I came across Kishinevsky & Raykin. When I called for ...an inquiry about my situation, I was intrigued by the attorney's friendliness and down-to-earth demeanor (and they offered me a free consultation) so I gave them a shot. I originally came to Andrew for a workers compensation claim, and he explained how much more complex my case was- including wrongful employment issues- and was able to help my legal situation far more effectively than I had ever anticipated possible. Andrew made my life 100% easier by taking care of EVERY issue.. and on a timely basis. I can't put into words how compassionate , dedicated and honest he was throughout the process. I know I will never, ever use a different lawyer to handle any of my legal issues. HIGHLY recommend Andrew and his outstanding team of legal professionals.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
