I was fresh from Africa to Colorado and had only been in Colorado for three months, when i was involved in a major wreck.I was sitting in the passenger seat behind the driver when a truck ran a stop sign and hit our SUV on a bridge.We wee off the road for a few seconds and our car was pushed high off... the ground an landed back.Luckily it had snowed and the dirt was sticky so our tires got sunken into the dirt so we didn't roll over.I had a huge cut on my face,broke my teeth and messed up my back.I was rushed to the ER and then to the hospital in an ambulance a few minutes after.I had no clue of how the hospitals work in the United states and was just riding along until a few days later when bills started piling up in my mailbox.I had been seeing my chiropractor and dentist back and forth a few times.Good for me,my dentist happened to be Brian Baggley's brother and that is how i learnt of the Baggley law firm.The insurance company of the accused had not paid anything and once in the early weeks had told me that they didn't know of me being in the car that was in the wreck.This pissedme off and influenced me to run for an attorney.I was delegated to Adam who was one amazing person to work with.He made this process look so easy and my favorite thing is that he helped my phone a life from all the collection agencies and billing departments.He handled all the necessary paperwork and was able to fight for me to be compensated by the insurance company that seemed to not give a single care of my life and the financial position i was put by their client.Anytime i got a new call from anyone,i enjoyed directing them to my attorney,never to hear from them again.This was pain relieving and as usual he always assured me that all was in his control.I HIGHLY recommend my attorney to people out there and i have already done that to a few people.i am always more than happy to hand his business card to anyone in need of it.Thanks so much for the good work and for fighting for my justice,God bless you.

Adam Gleason helped with the introductory and preparatory stages of my case and steered it in the right direction. The firm decided to use another lawyer for the final hearings but Mr. Gleason was instrumental in keeping me informed of all that was going on up to that final stage. He was very helpful... and professional with this difficult case involving skewed perceptions and witnesses (no hard evidence), I highly recommend him and the Bagley Firm. I nearly wrote "Good" only for the "kept me informed" part but it could go both ways, maybe I didn't ask enough questions or press for more information so for part of the process I felt like I needed more guidance. Be sure to always ask all the questions you need and be informed as much as you can about every step of the way.
