Excellent-No BS Child Advocacy Lawyer!!!!

I’m extremely grateful for the support and professionalism Krista provided throughout my case. From the very beginning, she took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the legal process clearly, and make sure I felt informed at every step. She was responsive, detail-oriented, and always prepar...ed. I truly felt like she was advocating for me and my childs best interests while also keeping the process as smooth and efficient as possible. She was very upfront about what separating my emotions from the reality of my situation- which was paramount on how my child's safety was ultimately safeguarded. With her unwavering consistency, I was able to navigate a very difficult time with confidence. I highly recommend her services to anyone who needs a compassionate, skilled, and unbelievably knowledgeble divorce attorney.

Excellent Lawyer

I can’t say enough good things about Krista Nash. I was looking for a divorce attorney after my husband had filed for divorce. My counselor gave me Krista’s card and told me that she was very dedicated and then she said “Krista is a shark and she will fight for you”. I called Krista, she gave me the ...retainer cost that I considered very reasonable. Immediately we started working colleting the paperwork needed for the divorce. Krista explained to me the process and the time lines. Krista checked frequently with me during the process to make sure that all my questions were answered. I also was very clear with Krista regarding what I wanted to keep from the marital assets. Krista delivered an impeccable job and I was divorced in 90 days. Krista is a remarkable negotiator. I didn’t have to go to court all the details were negotiated between both lawyers. I didn’t need a mediator because Krista mediated all my requests. The parenting plan is written very clearly and there is no need to converse with the opposite party for any unclear information. I was able to keep my kids exactly the days that I wanted. Krista prayed for me at the beginning every of our conversations. I will never forget her words while I was going through this difficult process “The divorce is to protect you and your children”. Four years later and understand her words, my kids are happy and I am financially secure. My divorce process was very smooth and I don’t have any regrets.

Thank you for your kind words. It means a great deal to know that the support and guidance provided during a difficult season was helpful to you and your family. Family transitions are never easy, and my goal is always to help parents move through the legal process with clarity while protecting the well-being of their children and their future. I’m grateful you took the time to share your experience and wish you and your children continued peace and stability in the years ahead.

Awful CFI experience

My experience with Krista is as a CFI. I have never been more shocked and disappointed. This woman holds power over people’s lives, and she testified in court that she didn’t have time to read all the evidence provided in the case. But she did have the time to still give a recommendation on its outco...me. The CFI report contained fourteen sworn statements with witnesses saying they had seen father abuse and/or drink excessively around his children. Krista took this as evidence of Mother’s criminal masterminding abilities to coerce fourteen people to lie rather than as corroboration of Mother’s testimony that Father is abusive. Furthermore, she testified that “mother portrayed herself as a victim.” She didn’t even consider that perhaps Mother and her children were victims. She never reached out to any of the witnesses to discuss their statements. Krista said that based on what she saw, Father was an attentive and loving dad. She based this conclusion on a single two hour visit. As if people can’t behave accordingly for two hours. Finally, she called Mother selfish because she wanted to move back to her home and away from her cheating husband and his new family. Mother has spent her entire life working for her children. The nerve it takes to call a stay at home mom selfish is beyond measure. Please don’t put your fate in this woman’s hands, and certainly don’t do it if you are a woman. She’ll only see you as a selfish, play-acting victim and will not take the time to read or review the facts.

This review appears to reference my work as a court-appointed Child and Family Investigator (CFI). CFIs are neutral professionals appointed by the court to gather information from multiple sources and provide recommendations to the court in contested family law matters. Because online reviews do not verify a reviewer’s identity or role in a case, and because CFIs are bound by strict confidentiality obligations, I cannot address the specific claims made here or discuss the details of any individual matter. CFI investigations require reviewing information from many sources and making independent assessments based on the investigation conducted and the standards set by the court. It is not uncommon in highly contested cases for individuals to strongly disagree with a CFI’s conclusions or recommendations. However, the statements in this review do not accurately reflect the CFI process or my professional conduct. My focus in every matter is fulfilling the responsibilities assigned by the court with diligence and care and keeping the well-being of the children involved at the center of the work. For those seeking a fuller picture of my work, I encourage prospective clients to review the many five-star reviews from individuals who have worked directly with my firm on Google.
