October 2022 I was hurt at work. The company I worked for didn't help me get on workman's comp. Also wouldn't let me go back to work part time or even at a desk until I was cleared by a Neurosurgeon. Erin is completely honest and up front about what is possible in the realm of workmans comp law. I had a chronic workplace injury that was denied due to there being no specific injury date. After a shoddy jobsite analysis took place favoring my employer, I decided to get an attorney (the lesson here ...is, get your attorney and have her present, it will save you a ton of trouble in the long run).
