Shannon was incredibly helpful when I was dealing with a wedding photographer that had not responded for months and then had not delivered services as promised. Shannon was quick to review all contracts and correspondence and send a letter to said business. When the business owner refused to sign f...or the letter, Shannon did research to find additional address and email addresses in attempts to deliver the letter. Shannon helped me negotiate with the business owner, clearly explained my options to me and helped advise me on the best course of action. Shannon was incredibly helpful, polite and responsive. I am incredibly thankful to Shannon for all her help with this matter.
