Went to see Magda Soto about helping out my 88 yr old father with his will. We had two appointments scheduled one for him and one for me to make changes to my already existing will. Our Double appointment ended up lasting a maximum of 20 minutes before I grabbed my purse keys and said let’s go dad!Ma...gda is very rude, and condescending! I really wish I would’ve checked these reviews before I continued with her as now I see that she has horrible reviews and now I understand why! I cannot believe that she is even in business because I can’t believe there would be anyone who would want to have her help them with ANYTHING! And the problem starts right as you walk in the door even her receptionist was rude and then you walk in to Magda‘s office and she’s sitting in her Almighty desk and has a round table at the corner of her room with two chairs where we sat! It felt like we were sat at the children’s table and she was too good to be anywhere near her clients, doesn’t even get up to shake your hand or greet you properly looks at you very snuggly with her fingers interlocked on her lap like she saying “what do you want” she gets so emotional suddenly that her face even turns red it’s like the woman needs to be on anti-anxiety medication or she has high blood pressure or something . Clearly, she is not emotionally /mentally available to be in the position she is in. What a disgrace, and what an embarrassment to the law profession. I shattered to think what she would do if someone treated her elderly father in such a way, it just broke my heart because my father ended up being very upset and confused. He already has issues with focusing, and this really threw him for a loop. She talked down to us and we felt very disrespected. Please do not go to this practice, there are so many good lawyers out there who are compassionate and loyal to their purpose and who really really care. Thank God, we have been directed to a very kind gentleman lawyer, and he is already helping us and he’s making my father feel at ease and calm during this process. It has been hard enough dealing with the fact that our father is in the season of his life, or he could pass on it anytime because of his health and it’s hard for him even to accept it and make these kind of final plans and then for someone to make him feel the way Magda Soto did, a disgrace and flat out sinful . I’m more for her soul because there’s a special place in you know where, for people like that who are rude to the elderly. God help her.

First, where to begin??...First off, attorney comes across very condesending, talks to you as if she is in a hurry, never takes the time to listen...in 5 minutes she heard some 100 words from me in 10 mins and decided my legal case and most likely scenario outcome; suggesting another attorney or liti...gator. She continued by discounting any information or research I did prior to meeting with her, days of research and evidence; she wouldnt want to hear it... I followed up with her explaining to her situational events, issues on my case that could sway the court, witnesses on my behalf etc...nothing according to her matters, despite the research and past cases. Terrible experience, she would probably NOT defend her own mom in dire predicaments, so much less your family. Don't turn back runaway!

I went with my mother to see her after my father passed to ask for advice in how we had to do with my fathers will, she was very rude and intend of tell us the information that we needed start telling my mom about how medicaid will be able to take her house and asked if she had a will already, I aske...d about my role as an executive director and told me I don’t have a say at all, which that wasn’t my question, my question was that if I was in need of doing something regards my fathers wishes? I’m so sad that my father trusted this awful person to carry his last will.
