Heather Harrison Hall

Being caught in a legal situation is always stressful and many lawyers – though well intended – aggravate that stress with a lot of sterile mumbo jumbo that is semi incomprehensible. And even worse they can over diagnose so when you go in for advice on a parking ticket they’re telling you that you co...uld face the death penalty. In my case, enter Heather who was very gracious and empathetic (an unheard of attribute in most lawyers). I was in a very sticky Catch 22 situation and Heather listened very carefully and articulated points of law explaining in plain English where I was in a good position and where I had some vulnerabilities; and in those cases, actions that could be taken to mitigate them. I left my discussions with her feeling a deep sense of relief and gratitude and that she really cared about me and my situation and that my situation was not some kind of legal game of “quien es mas macho,” with my opponent’s lawyer the way it is with so many other lawyers. One other thing to remember about Heather is that earlier in her career she was a public defender. My brother is a public defender and these people are a special breed who care about the law and about their client’s rights under the law. I certainly think that is the case with Heather.

I quickly found myself in a custody battle with my ex. In an instant, my son was ripped from me and after consulting various attorneys, I was led to Mrs Hall by my brother. I hired Mrs Hall the same day we spoke over the phone. It has been a long process, countless calls and meetings. The process is ...still far from over, however, Mrs Hall has been there every step of the way. I was concerned with many issues with my ex, but Mrs Hall has prevailed and got me my baby back. I am forever grateful, thankful and blessed to have come across Mrs Hall. Thank you for all your hard work! We have a few more bumps to cross but I am confidant with Mrs Hall on my side.

I am from out of town and got in a bad situation and ended up with a dui. Even though I shouldn't have been able to qualify for a pretrial diversion she was able to somehow get me into the program which means it will fall off my record if I don't mess up again. Overall great experience would recommen...d to my family, friends, and all of you. 10/10
