Biography
I was born and raised right here in El Paso, Texas and attended J.M. Hanks High School. Following high school I attended El Paso Community college where I earned my associate’s degree as a paralegal. I was also a member Phi Theta Kappa (National Honor Society) at EPCC. I went on to graduate with honors from New Mexico State University where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. After earning my bachelor’s degree I received my law degree in 2012 in Arizona. I became involved in several organizations during my time in Phoenix. I especially enjoyed the work that I did as a member of Law Paws, a legal organization that protects the rights of abused animals. OUTlaw, an organization for LGBQTIA. Additionally, I won two awards for contract law negotiations, The Transactional Hero Award and The Over and Beyond Award. I believe in empowering women in all that they do and I am currently an active member of the Texas Bar Woman in Law chapter.
As an El Paso native I am looking forward to serving the community here. I love the culture, the food, and our great city. I can’t wait to start getting to know more of the people who make up our great city and helping you the best way I can. I am a mother, and a grandmother and have raised my own family right here in El Paso.
We support our Military. I come from a military family. My son was in the Army and my husband is in the Army.

If you need a lawyer I suggest you look somewhere else. Ms. Adkins seems to be working against you instead of for you. She doesn’t listen to what you have to say. All she does is relay messages from the other attorney but does not fight for you. Sometimes she would not even show up to court but would...

Divorce
Despite the pandemic, Ms. Atkins performed an excellent job and got my divorce final with everything I wanted and plus. Extremely hard working. She is straight up front with your case and very aggressive during court. I would hire her again if need too.

Dad gets sole custody!!!
