If you are having problems with you are your apartment in receiving, Any part of your deposit. I.E. You left the apartment in good condition. Or happened to be a tenant in any cough *Tropicana properties* cough. This man will get your deposit back in FULL!! He is extremely professional and by the... book it was a pleasure working with him. Mr. Mattersdorff is a wonderful attorney! Not only is he very knowledgeable but is also very compassionate and a good listener. His fees are also very reasonable. My 94 year old aunt was being mentally and physically abused in her own home by a close family member who was living there..supposedly... to take care of her. This abusive family member refused to leave the premises. After explaining the situation to Mr. Mattersdorff..he started the eviction process right away in order to remove the abusive family member from my aunt’s home.
