Walter Louis Boyaki

In my opinion, there is nothing worse than someone who promises to do something, and does nothing. This, in my opinion, is the case with Walter. I contacted a local attorney who stated he works with Walter on "these types of cases". Walter had a couple of meetings with my husband and I about the c...ase. He gave his condolences about the hospital murdering our son and even said, "I bet he was a great kid." He was. Walter then told us that he would hire professionals to look at the facts so that we could be fully prepared for the lawsuit... over 60% SIXTY PERCENT was going to these attorneys PLUS this and this and this... this case was about what those physicians DID to our son that caused his life to end prematurely. To my recollection, Walter & the other atty did say they'd defended the phycians and/or the hospital in question, and was willing to take this case. He and the other attorney mentioned a "chinese wall." Time passed, and we contacted the atty again, Walter said he'd get with us the beginning of 2024. He did not. The old atty said he was moving and is handing the case to walter. We called Walter early July 2024, he said to call back on 7/9/24, we did. He asked, "which hospital again?" and when my husband told him he replied, yelling, "I'M DONE! I'M DONE! GET ANOTHER ATTORNEY!" and he hung up on us! This to me is very unprofessional, VERY suspicious, and he should step down. He is not helping the families, I feel, in my opinion, our case wasn't as fat as a profit as he'd get by defending the hospital.
