Had hired an attorney for my sons right to visitation with father in which process took longer than expected as gramatical errors prolonged for a final court order to be finalized. As soon as I hired Mrs.Hayes and her team all turned in the right direction for my son and myself. First court day with ...her team was excellent you could see her experience at work from the start of session we exited with a favorable hearing and ready for final hearing in which again her experienced shined and got once again a favorable outcome. Here we are again for the third court hearing and hired her team once more due to their experience and professionalism in handling my case.

When my divorce began, Lisa was my first choice after a nauseating and rushed trip to El Paso (where I no longer lived) to interview several of lawyers. I, unfortunately, went with a different attorney. When the other attorney did not work out, I went back to Lisa, who had raised her rates since we... spoke. She took me at the lowered prior rate. I was pleased with her work, and she put up well with my father, who can be very demanding. When I was later sued by my ex husband - 2 more times - I hired her each time. The first lawsuit, she did fantastic. The second was an uphill battle and had a lot of twists and turns that none of us could have anticipated. Some of those unexpected curves also brought lessons that she admitted to leaning from. I don't think she could have anticipated those, and I appreciate her honest and humble assessment of what went wrong in that case. The final case was another success. In the last 6 years, I've hired Lisa 4 times - which means we have had a lot of communication over the years, and unless she is bogged down with another case, or out of town, she has by and large made time to talk to me about any concerns. We have had ups and downs, but many more ups and I think she is highly competent and listens closely. I don't recall ever having to remind her of names or details in my case, and I think that level of service is what you truly need in a high-stress family law case.
