The days coming up to my child's pre-trail, was stressful and the only thing I could think about was my daughter was not going to have a good outcome. I went to one attorney way too expensive, so she recommended me to Jose Juan Salayandia, I was late getting there, but he waited for me. The secre...tary was very nice and made me feel welcome . Mr. Salayandia, fought for my daughter , because he knew she wasn't a criminal, hers was more of a psychology issue. When he felt we wasn't getting anywhere at pre- trail he reset it , so we could regroup. When we went back after the continuance , he somehow talked the prosecuter into ,instead of putting her on probation until she's 18, let us instead use the money to get her the proper care she needs. I was really sick that day, and he probably thought I wasn't that happy, but I was estatic inside . I just could not express how happy I was that day, that's why I wanted to take the time to write this review. Mr. Salayandia really listens to what you have to say and is very compassionate. I am a veteran , and this is the kind of lawyer that makes sure our rights are protected, in another way other than war, even when a person makes a mistake. I recommend him as a lawyer, you will be well represented.
