Contacte a esta oficina para un caso de immigracion y me dieron una cita y unos dias antes el Senor Santiago nos hablo para pedirnos el dinero para que el abogado Herrera tomaran el caso. Lo alarmante y peor de todo, es que ni siquiera nos entrevistamos con ...el abogado y cancelo la cita. Tambien queria que le mandara el dinero con un amigo que andaba pasando por mi ciudad y cuando le pregunte el proceso que llevariamos con su oficina me dijo que todo lo hacian por telefono. Que ellos me llamarian por telefono para llenar las formas y que ellos archivarian las formas despues. Le pregunte al senor Santiago sobre nuestra consulta con el abogado el me dijo que el era el que se encargaba de todo y a el era a quien se le mandava el dinero. Le pregunte si ellos podian sacar el dinero de me cuenta y dijo que no, le ofreci mandar un money order y me dijo que no, que ellos solo trabajavan si se les pagaba cash. Eso fue la ultima alarma, este senor se ofendio cuando no pude entregarle a su amigo el dinero y me dijo en un texto que "Asi es como me muevo" "That's how I roll" no se que se piensa este viejo ratero!! Ya hay suficientes ratas por hay y este que se encuentra en una oficina para ayudar a nuestra gente cree que puede seguir robandonos, pero esta muy equivocado. Tengan cuidado con Santiago, y la mera verdad con ellos en total!!!

we went to this lawyer thinking he will help us and it turned out that he has not been in contact with us since we hire him 2 years ago my husband has his court soon and he has not tried to contact us at all to see what is the next step he only took half the money he asked for and done nothing for us... and the weird thing is that he ask us for cash or to cash the check for him that would have alerted us but we still gave him $4,000.00 made the check out to his assistance and he cashed it for him and then we didn't notice that he gave us a receipt with someone else name on it until after we had left the office so please just don't rely on this lawyer with your legal matter we never gave him any more money and didn't call him we are just looking for someone else to help us with our case.

I would rate zero if I could. If you are looking for a lawyer who will help you and be there for you 100% of the way please look for someone else. I am extremely upset and disappointed with his performance. That public reprimand on his record should have been a huge red flag but to my misfortune I de...cided to give him a chance, this is the first time in my life I have ever had to deal with an attorney and it has been an awful experience. I am now stuck with a felony on my record when it could have been lowered to a misdemeanor, all because of a mistake of his. I am currently in the process of seeking advise and assistance with this mess he has gotten me in. I am even considering filing a complaint with the Texas bar because this is unjust and I need something to be done about this. I cannot stress this enough please please please do not hire this lawyer all he wants is your money and he couldn't care less about you or your future.
