Mr. Jesse Herrera saved me from getting 14 years and 8 months in the federal BOP. I hired him on a state case and he got my charges dropped without even showing up for one court date he did it all by phone. I would rate zero if I could. If you are looking for a lawyer who will help you and be there for you 100% of the way please look for someone else. I am extremely upset and disappointed with his performance. That public reprimand on his record should have been a huge red flag but to my misfortune I de...cided to give him a chance, this is the first time in my life I have ever had to deal with an attorney and it has been an awful experience. I am now stuck with a felony on my record when it could have been lowered to a misdemeanor, all because of a mistake of his. I am currently in the process of seeking advise and assistance with this mess he has gotten me in. I am even considering filing a complaint with the Texas bar because this is unjust and I need something to be done about this. I cannot stress this enough please please please do not hire this lawyer all he wants is your money and he couldn't care less about you or your future.
