Sanchez Law Firm was representing me after a vehicle accident. Their communication sucks, they don't answer phone calls or emails. I hired Robert Sanchez for a personal injury case. He worked on my case diligently and answered all of my questions. My case was fairly complex because there were multiple causes of my injury. He told me that it was going to take some time but he assured me my case was in good hands. Thankfully, he l...ived up to his word. Robert did a great job and he communicated with me every time there was a development in my case. His staff was friendly and they made sure Robert got my messages. I highly recommend him for all your legal issues. He was recommended to me by a friend who had used him for some business issues and criminal issues(DWI, aggravated assault). Thank you, Robert! I made the mistake of advancing this guy $2000 to represent my brother in an immigration case only after speaking to him a couple of times. As soon as I contacted this guy and explained the situation as I knew it he asked for a retainer of $2000. I promptly provided my cc # so that he could start rep...resenting my brother as he expressed that the sooner he could start the better protected my brother would be during his case hearings... This guy never contacted my brother before his case hearings to get any info of the details. He missed the 1st hearing reason was that he was in court all day, he also missed the 2nd hearing reasons unknown... I was convinced that this guy was doing more damage than anything so I decided to contact someone else. A couple of days later we contacted Mr Sanchez for a refund of the retainer since all he did was talk to us maybe 3 to 4 times at 5 to 10 mins per call. He never contacted or visited with my brother, he missed two court hearings and to top it all off when we asked for a refund he hung up on us and or the call was "dropped" as he put it but he went on to insult us by saying that if we wanted to leave it up to a public defender to look after our family member "good luck"... People like Mr Roberto L Sanchez should be banned from practicing law; he is only preying on people that are momentarily weakened by circumstances.

I hired this attorney to represent a family member and I could never get a hold of him. He never returned my calls and was not making the time to show up on the days that my family member had court dates. I am very disappointed and disgusted that he would seek cases and mislead clients into thinkin...g that he would do his job. He is preying on people that think the know no better!
