Born and raised in El Paso, Texas. My only absences of note was while I was in College and Law Schooll with a short stint in the Army. Left the Army reserve as a Captain. Married with two children and five grandchildren. I have many contacts in El Paso, Cd. Juarez, and Las Cruces, NM.
My practice is devoted to civil matters handling thngs as diverse as comsumer complaints through corporate problems, large and small. I am a sole practitioner so every legal matter gets my personal attention.
