This attorney was only hired to file paperwork. Next thing you know she says if I don’t hire her I don’t stand a chance. Come to find out she was totally friends with the other attorney (pretty much brown nosing like a pick me girl). Had to fire her for not being any good for one, being extremely rud...e topped the cake, and not giving my case the benefit of the doubt, cherry on top. Worthless

Ms Davis was hired to specify and enforce a QDRO, which should have been properly handled initially by another divorce attorney over 28 years ago. She was knowledgeable, professional and her experience proved to be an asset in resolving this lengthy legal matter. Her diligence, honesty, expertise and... true integrity was evident at all times. Always acting in the best interest of her client to get the job done, she always took that "extra step" which was greatly appreciated because "the law" can be complicated. Also, office staff always provided excellent and friendly customer service at all times which can be lacking in some cases. Ouisa Davis is the Attorney for you if you need to get the "job done"!

Paid her over $2k for her to literally do nothing and end up siding with the opposing attorney and dodge our calls/emails rather than showing the decency or respect of consulting with the people who are PAYING her. Then at the end of it all, has the nerve to try and charge another couple hundred. For... what exactly? I wanted a beast in the court, not some random person to take my money and hide behind the computer and try to act tough. Waste of time and money and I regret every second I ever thought she was worth talking to.

I paid her over a thousand dollars and she is now telling me I have to get another lawyer to settle my claim for my half of my husband's pension. She should have told me that before I hired her. She is timid against the aggressive tactics of my husband's lawyer. ineffective on both counts. ... She is a nice lady but not an effective advocate. She should have been a nun or a missionary - she doesn't have the chops for this job.
