I hired Lyda about 8 months ago for my divorce and custody battle. Ever since day one Lyda and Gina have been attentive to my every need even in days of desparation they took the time to talk to me either over the phone or via email. I always received a response in a quick and timely matter. Lyda rep...resented me in court like no other attorney, she was well prepared had all the right questions and answers, and with time I was appointed 50/50 split joint custody of my daughter with no primary custodian. As a single father at the time I couldn't have asked for better representation. I will be highly recommending Lyda to my friends and family.

I had a horrible experience with this attorney. She was more interested in flirting with the other attorney and giving up info about me that should not have been given, than trying to win the case for me. She took advantage of my situation and I caused more problems for me than she solved. It's two y...ears later and I'm still dealing with problems from the mess that she started. This was a WASTE of money that I didn't have! Please take my advice and don't chance your children to this woman.

I hired Lyda Ness Garcia to represent me after a friend referred me to her, I was going through child custody modification to obtain custody of my children and she delivered. She is super quick to respond to emails and is very knowledgeable in her field. You might have to obtain some paperwork yourse...lf such school records etc. , but if you’re really interested to retain or win the custody then you need to do your part as well. Wait until you see this lady in action “WOW” this is where she shines, she left no doubt in my mind that she knows her stuff. Not only that she is also honest my friend also hired her and she told him it did not look and gave him his options. Other attorneys are only interested in the money and they will tell you that it will be a sure win and then show up to court and they will lay an egg. Do you yourself a favor and at least go talk to her before you hire someone.

Can she win over a jury or what. Very aggressive in court; comes across as professional who knows her stuff. She is Board Certified and I am told in her field this is rare. She will fight tooth and nail. Had to go through several attorneys before I could find someone to finally win my case which she... did. She also looks out for what is best for the children and advised me on her opinion of what she felt was best for my kids but will not impose it on the case if you do not want to take her advise. Very client oriented. Sweet lady in person but in court she is a bulldog.

Lydaness is to conserned with her own life. During my divorce she was not reliable nor was she helpfull. I had to supply my own information and references. She at no time supported me nor did she give me proper legal advice. Lydaness allowed the other attorney to take over the divorce without a fight.... However, she was quick to charge extra fees.
