Mr. Underwood came highly recommended during my unfortunate case. I couldn't of asked for anyone better. His professional nature, compassion for a client and their personal needs are what set him apart. Underwood got his money from me but did not keep me informed about my case. He even touted he could probably get it dismissed when I first contacted him. When I finally did receive a call about it, it was from his secretary telling me about a plea bargain that I couldn't understand. When I questio...ned it, he got on the phone, yelled and threatened me. He eventually withdrew from my case, sent me a scathing letter, and then turned state's evidence after I gave him a document , trying to let him know what I had done to try and mitigate my situation before I hired him.
