I wanted to provide a review of my experience with Justin Underwoood. Recently I was charged with a total untrue but very serious crime and one that had to be vigorously defended. Basically, the rest of my life depended on finding the right attorney to represent me and clear my name. Although the ...case was filed in a different jurisdiction, based on personal knowledge and recommendations by others who I trusted, I hired Justin to represent me and therefore literally placed my future in his hands. I followed Justin’s advice and recommendations to the letter. The results of his knowledge, experience, passion, creativity and tireless efforts resulted in the case being no billed by the GJ. My case died with the GJ and never went to trial. I HIGHLY recommend Justin to anyone confronted with a similar issue, or any crime where experience, knowledge and passion are needed to vigorously defend you

I had two charges against me (misdemeanor, felony) JUSTIN and his firm went to battle for me with the DA. As with anything in our justice system it took time but not by Justin. The DA kept postponing the trail. But with his toughness he kept pushing and pushing till finally both cases were dismissed.... I am now free of charges and with my family , the amount of money that was charged was pennys compared to being in jail. So THANK YOU JUSTIN UNDERWOOD and firm for your help and support

Mr. Underwood was referred to me by a family friend. I was able to make prompt, direct contact with him and I felt that was extremely important to me. He was able to guide me in the right direction to proceed with my case and explained the complete process with me. I felt he was truthful in his answe...rs and I put my trust in Him completely. My case ended up being dismissed, I was thankful, Mr. Underwood was always professional and up front, I appreciated that. I have referred him twice since.

Underwood got his money from me but did not keep me informed about my case. He even touted he could probably get it dismissed when I first contacted him. When I finally did receive a call about it, it was from his secretary telling me about a plea bargain that I couldn't understand. When I questio...ned it, he got on the phone, yelled and threatened me. He eventually withdrew from my case, sent me a scathing letter, and then turned state's evidence after I gave him a document , trying to let him know what I had done to try and mitigate my situation before I hired him.
