BUYER BEWARE. I paid Mr. Rey over $6,000 for my divorce case and received absolutely NO tangible results after several months of representation. He didn't even give me the courtesy of a phone call after working together for months and taking thousands of my dollars. No discussion, no attempt to address concerns - just immediate termination. This experience taught me a harsh lesson: after paying thousands of dollars and investing months into your case with this attorney, you can be dropped without warning if you dare to question the effectiveness of the representation. I had to start completely over with a new attorney, causing significant additional expense, stress, and delays. If you're considering hiring representation that welcomes client input or expects results for your money, my experience suggests you should look elsewhere. In my opinion, an attorney who abandons a client immediately after receiving feedback demonstrates that collecting fees is far more important than client satisfaction or professional responsibility.
