JAIME OLIVAS NO TIENE ÉTICA PROFESIONAL, ES UN LADRON, UN VIL RATERO. EL JUEZ DECRETÓ QUE MI EX ME PAGARA EL 70 % DE LA VENTA DE MÍ CASA Y QUE YO NO TENÍA QUE PAGAR LOS GASTOS DE ABOGADO QUE MI EX SOLICITÓ. CUANDO FUÍ POR EL CHEQUE A SU OFICINA YA ME HABÍA REBAJADO $6,240.00 DE LOS GASTOS DE ABOGAD...O, QUE OBVIAMENTE ERAN EXCESIVOS SOLO PARA QUITARME MÁS DINERO DE LO QUE ME CORRESPONDÍA. TAMBIÉN ME QUITO $8,074.72 DE UNA TARJETA DE CREDITO QUE SOLO PERTENECÍA A MI EX Y LO CUÁL EL JUEZ JESUS RODRÍGUEZ NUNCA MENCIONO EN EL DECRETO FINAL QUE YO DEBÍA PAGAR. LOS TUVE QUE LLEVAR A CORTE OTRA VEZ POR EL ABUSO QUE ESTE ABOGADO RATERO, LADRÓN COMETIÓ EN MÍ CONTRA. YA EN CORTE EL JUEZ JESUS RODRÍGUEZ LE PREGUNTÓ A ESTE RATERO ABOGADO PORQUE SE HABÍA TOMADO LA LEY EN SUS PROPIAS MANOS Y HABÍA DESOBEDECIDO SU DECRETO FINAL Y ESTE ABOGADO LADRON SIN ÉTICA PROFESIONAL TEMBLOROSO Y NERVIOSO NO SUPO QUE CONTESTAR. JAIME OLIVAS ES UN LADRÓN, RATERO, SIN ÉTICA PROFESIONAL. RECOMIENDO TOTAL Y ABSOLUTAMENTE A MICHELL SMITH COMO ABOGADA, ES HONESTA Y CRISTIANA, HASTA TE HACE FIRMAR UN DOCUMENTO DE LO QUE ELLA REALMENTE PUEDE HACER POR TÍ PARA QUE NO HAYA MALENTENDIDOS NI RECLAMOS DESPUÉS DE QUE TERMINA CON TU CASO. i never thought I would say this about Mr. Olivas, for I had always trusted him with cases and would refer him to people for he treated me good when I hired him. But now that we hired him for my husbands case, he didn't do the best he could. After my husband signed a plea agreement, being scared he w...ould get time in jail not knowing what to do, and me not being there, we saw different criminal attorneys with immigration attorneys (for he is a resident) and told us that the conviction should of been different and he COULD of fought better for him. But $4,500 compared to a $15,000 fee for an attorney makes a difference huh... Now my husband is facing deportation without a chance to stay here nor a chance to ever come back to the US. Every time we would ask if he can fight it, he would just bring up court and not try to negotiate any further to get a lesser conviction or remove one part of that conviction. And he would right away scare my husband with he might do time in jail if we go to court instead of taking the plea agreement and just getting probation and being out here with his family. Instead of telling with confidence that he can help him and get better for him. But it was always a "eh...." And look where that took us... He will be gone away from his family regardless. I would never go back to him, and hope we never feel a need of a criminal attorney ever again. But now I know who I would ever go to or who I will refer other people to.

I was wrongfully accused of a felony in El Paso county, in 1993 the case finally came to trial in 1997, Jiame fought one of the toughest battles I have ever seen in court, and won for me, this does not mean that he will get you off on charges you are guilty of but he will do his best to make sure tha...t you are treated fairly by the court system!
