Biography
I have practiced immigration law in El Paso since 2008, and immigration is the only area of law my office handles. Our practice now operates from two locations: one downtown on Myrtle Avenue, near the immigration court, and one on Beech Street near the airport.
My work covers family petitions, waivers of inadmissibility (I-601 and I-601A), removal defense before the El Paso Immigration Court, asylum, and naturalization. I have been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 2006 and am licensed by the State Bar of Wisconsin. Immigration is federal practice, which allows me to represent clients before USCIS, the immigration courts, and U.S. consulates.
Most of the families I represent have ties on both sides of the border, and my office handles cases in Spanish and English.
