Review

We hired this attorney for my husbands immigration case. Nothing but lies! Nothing was ever done! Hard to get ahold of rebecca and I never even saw the attorney. I finished the case myself.

Inadequate Service

I hired this firm with the understanding from the paralegal that this firm would help alleviate my wife's immigration issues. We were told that it take 30 days to stop the deportation process and they were available up to the point of paying the retainer. Once the retainer was paid all communication ...and correspondence ceased and it was very difficult to obtain any progress/info on her case. I have even written certified read receipt letters to establish communication and document my troubles I'm having with this firm. It's been 16 months since I hired this firm and have yet to bring my wife home. If you value your hard earned money do your research before you hire a firm like this that's just going to take the money.

After they took my retainer never heard from this attorney again!!

I hired this firm to help a friend with immigration issues. I dealt with the attorney from this office named Rebecca Garcia. When she was sending over contracts and asking me for a retainer she was very responsive. answering emails and calls without issue. Once the money was received the service stop...ped completely. emails where not returned, calls and messages went unanswered. i was told i needed to wait a week for a phone appointment. When that appointment finally came she was on the other line and didn't take my call. I have heard nothing since then. I have no idea if any work was done on our behalf. I am extremely disappointed and fell that i have been swindled.

one of a kind

She is if anything anything honest!! She will fight hard to defend you. But she will not bow down to lying and deceit like other attorneys. You will sleep good at night knowing you have her as your attorney. I do.
