Yo contraté esa firma de law oficceof Sindy weaver attorney law en Odessa 2817jonh Ben sherpperd para suite A - 108 REBECA GARCÍA se le contrató para servicio de migración en año 2013 (Dándole 5mil dólares en total ) TENGO TODOS RECIBOS Y CARTAS DE LA FIMA DE ABOGADA NUNCA METIO DOCUMENTOS ...A MIGRACIÓN Hable a la oficina con Sindy Sra. weaver, y ella medijo que (nunca metió mi caso ,asiendo me fraude ,) REBECA GARCÍA Me dijo sindy que también a otras personas Le hizo fraude y k la iba a demandar a.REBECA GARCIA Y TENGO TODOS LOS RECIVOS K ME FIRMAVA REBECA FUI DEPORTADO A MÉXICO Y NUNCA TUVE DEVOLUCION DE MI DINERO OFFICINA DE SINDY WEAVER,, ALGUIEN QUE ME DIGA QUE PUEDO ASER PARA QUE NO LES PASE LO MISMO A OTRA PERSONA,,,, COMO PODERME SUMAR PARA HACER DEMANDA

I'm having a hard time getting some answers from rebeca. For some reason sydney is never there and we have paid 4200$ already and nothing has been done. It very sad and dissapointing that there are people out there that just don't care we should get together and do something about our cases bc we ha...ve rights and they have done fraud . IN STEELLING Our MONEY. They might now about laws and stuff but enough is enough. I read all the other comments yall have made and are similar to my case and the same thing has happened to my husbands case. Grrrrr very upset.

rs weaver was hired in the middle of last year for immigration purposes. We have NEVER spoken to her.We only receive feedback from her assistant Rebecca and that pretty much stopped one we paid. They seem to know what they are talking about at times then I go find the forms they say we must fill out ...tha supposedly Guarantees my parents return. Yet I found them on Google where anyone could download. When confronted the story was changed to that they only had them sign them for their records only.It went smooth at first and now we are just ignored. We have phone appointments to set up with Mrs weaver that never get through.They claim the internet is always down, which seems VERY unprofessional for an attorneys office. We have been waiting for calls for much longer than what we have ever received. When we have spoken to the government agencies they tell us the paperwork had not been filed and we need to file a grievance against the law firm. But they have their money, so we are just the petty people now. Makes you feel so worthy and hard Working when they have your money and you have no answers

I hired this firm with the understanding from the paralegal that this firm would help alleviate my wife's immigration issues. We were told that it take 30 days to stop the deportation process and they were available up to the point of paying the retainer. Once the retainer was paid all communication ...and correspondence ceased and it was very difficult to obtain any progress/info on her case. I have even written certified read receipt letters to establish communication and document my troubles I'm having with this firm. It's been 16 months since I hired this firm and have yet to bring my wife home. If you value your hard earned money do your research before you hire a firm like this that's just going to take the money.
