Kris graduated magna cum laude from Texas Tech School of Law in 2007. While a law student, Kris was a member of the Texas Tech Law Review and an officer in the local chapter of the Federalist Society. He clerked with the law firm prior to passing the bar exam and becoming an attorney. Kris has also worked as a clerk for the Washington Legal Foundation in Washington D.C. and as an intern for Federal District Judge Sam Cummings.
Kris is married to Bethany Moore and they have a beautiful 2 year old daughter. While living in Lubbock, Kris became a member and was appointed to the board of directors for the South Plains Lions Club. He also sat on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Lubbock. Kris and Bethany are also very active in their local church.
Prior to moving to the Odessa / Midland area, Kris’ law practice consisted of litigating both personal injury and federal civil rights cases in West Texas, the Dallas area, and El Paso.
He is very excited about his move to our Odessa office and looks forward to becoming an active member and supporter of the Odessa & Midland communities.
